Join Steve with Two Desserts Baking for his Thanksgiving Pie Dough Workshop!

Just in time for Thanksgiving, learn to make Pate Brisee, the perfect crust for many of our favorite pies. You'll pick up plenty of pie-making tips and tricks as you practice rolling out and working
with this flaky and tender dough. Each baker will go home with a delicious Galette (a free form pie that can be filled with all sorts of sweet or savory fillings) as well as some dough to practice with at
home.

In 2019 he entered the Pastry Certificate Program at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, graduating in 2020 with High Honors in both Academics and Lab. Steve has his ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification and Allergen Awareness Training, and is a member of the United States Personal Chef Association.

These rich and buttery chocolate cookies are topped with festive non-pareils and are sure to spread a little holiday cheer. Meal Prep Club: Plant-Based Comfort Food

Join us for our first prep club of the fall! Meal Prep Club: Plant-Based Comfort Food with Jess Drench owner of Mama Jean.

Participants will make an assortment of plant-based, gluten-free meals together to divide up and take home at the end of class. Give yourself a foundation of healthy food to start the week. Just bring your containers and we'll team up to take care of the rest in a relaxed class environment!

Included in cost: food shopping and ingredients, class instruction, 2-4 servings each of approx. four different meal preps, curated menu and recipes to take home, dishwashing.

Please note: class registration is non-refundable

Menu will be shared closer to class date. Anticipate an array of seasonal dishes featuring a colorful variety of vegetables, GF grains, and plant-based proteins. Some dishes may contain tree nuts and/or peanuts.
